ADMISSION PROCESS

1. What is the admission process?

  • Parents to come to the admission office and collect a registration kit for GEMS Dapodi or application form for Grade 1 onwards.
  • A completed form along with the cheque for 1st Installment fees is to be paid by the parents to the school office.
  • The student will only be considered a confirmed admission once the first Installment fees are paid by the student.
  • Registration form is valid for one academic year only, Registration fee is non-refundable.
  • Siblings will be given preference provided a seat is vacant. The student is required to fulfil the age criteria as mentioned by the admission committee.
  • In case of cancellation of admission, admission fee and school fee will not be refunded.
  • An incomplete Registration Form will be rejected without assigning any reasons.
  • Admission is open to students between 7 years to 16 years depending on the availability of seats.
  • Registration form is valid for one academic year only, Registration fee is non-refundable.

2. What is the cost of the registration kit?

  • The application form and brochure for admissions in Ganesh English Medium School (Grade 1 onwards) is 500/-

3. What are the documents required at the time of admission?

The following documents are required to be submitted:

  • Complete Application form.
  • Photocopy of the student’s birth certificate and Aadhar Card (if applicable).
  • School leaving certificate (can be submitted later if currently unavailable).
  • UDISE Number (Unified District information System for Education) from current school (applicable for admissions from Grade 2 onwards).
  • Photocopy of the current class Report Card (applicable for admissions from Grade 2 onwards).
  • Photocopy of Address proof and Parent’s Pan Card (original to be carried for verification).
  • 3 passport size photographs of the student.
  • Caste Certificate of the student or parents

4. What kind of entrance test will be taken at the time of admission ?

  • No written test is conducted at Ganesh English Medium School& Junior College. Admissions are taken on a first come, first serve basis. In fact, any sort of entrance test is illegal as per law.
